Account Executive (Remote) – For Pooling

Silicon Valley Commerce LLC is a fast-growing e-commerce retail and wholesale distribution company, headquartered in San Francisco, the technology hub of Silicon Valley, United States. With a vast network of over 500 retail partners and an extensive global distribution reach, SVC specializes in leveraging technology and strategic marketing to excel at product distribution and sales.

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be crucial to our short sales cycle, focusing on converting leads into successful clients. We need closers who can effectively tell our compelling story and meet the growing demand for our Amazon services.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $1,200 – $3,000 USD per month (depending on experience and final interview result)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive account audits and create engaging videos to demonstrate how we can enhance clients’ sales and optimize their Amazon listings, Advertising campaigns, and overall Amazon account management.
  • Execute email outreach to engage potential clients and build relationships.
  • Conduct video calls to understand client needs and present growth opportunities through our Agency services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance productivity and manage your calendar effectively.
  • Once established, assist in guiding and mentoring BDRs to help fill your calendar and optimize sales outreach.

Experience, Qualifications and Qualities we look for:

  • Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Financially motivated individuals seeking a high commission opportunity.
  • Coachable, able to create video sales outreach daily, cold calling proficiency, organization, CRM usage, and follow-up according to agency standards.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
  • Opportunity to learn insider secrets and strategies in the booming e-commerce market, particularly Amazon.
  • Development of communication skills, business negotiation, contract creation, and sales experience.
  • Aim to secure 5-8 signed clients per month.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Digital-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English grammar.
  • Experience in marketing copywriting.
  • Familiarity with Amazon operations (an advantage).
  • Proficient in product and keyword research.
  • Advanced digital troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
  • Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.

Bonus Points:

  • Remote experience.
  • E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
  • Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools for lead management.
